Yeah. I got the message from a few others, and we are hoping to return/buy the newer one. I've sort of surprised by the limited set of SATA RAID or JBOD cards that one can actually use. Even the one's linked to on this list sometimes aren't supported :). I need to get up and running like yesterday, so we are just ordering the cards post haste.

A quick peek at the Linux source shows a small workaround in place for the 07 revision...maybe if you file a bug against Solaris to support this revision it might be possible to get it added, at least if that's the only issue.
