You can find a copy of the on-disk spec in http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/zfs/docs/. As far as I know, there is no centralized place for the source file. You can find Tabriz's sources in ~tabriz/projects/zfs/zfs_boot/docs/ondiskformat*. Tabriz is on vacation until 8/7.
