Oh, what a can of worms this was.
Between weblogs and this mailing list, there seems to be a lot of
talk about the "whys" on the design of ZFS. Being around for the
public 'birth' of a new file system is quite an educating experience
for me (even though all the Sun people have have to spend more time
typing to answer all of our (silly?) questions).
