Thanks to all who reaponded. ufsdump/ufsrestore seems to be a good
combination to migrate filesystem from ufs to zfs. I also tried by
myself and it worked fast and easy.
- be careful with posix-acl, that are existing in ufs

ufsdump can't write ACLs to ZFS yet. there is an open RFE for this,
but I can't seem to find it right now. otherwise I haven't had any
problems with this approach.
That was fixed in build 41.
