Thanks Teo, I will give it a go.
You should follow steps from
http://www.yoctoproject.org/docs/2.0/dev-manual/dev-manual.html#zip-file-method
When following steps use “mars/yocto-2.0” branch instead of
“luna/yocto-2.0”.
You should apply patch with “git am” after doing git checkout at step
3. i.e. patch should be committed in local repository before starting
the build.
Important: you should add “-l” argument to build.sh at step 7.

Ah thanks Teo. Do you know of an instruction somewhere to get the patch
affected. I dont really know how to do that as I am installing directly
from repositories on the net.

A patch has been proposed at
https://lists.yoctoproject.org/pipermail/yocto/2016-January/027951.html
I just have verified the patch and it worked for me.

Subject: [yocto] Eclipse IDE plugin failure
I installed the latest Eclipse (Mars) and attempted to install the
plugin. The installation failed and the reported error was that it
could not locate the TM Terminal version 3.xxx. The TM terminal is
installed but it is version 4.00xxx
Should I rather install older versions of the software or is there a
workaround for this problem? If so what is suggested to be good and
working?
