No. Do not do this. It's not going to work, especially when you take
binaries built for a different system. I do not have time to give a
lecture about why, you just need to trust me.

We have a recipe that builds parted from source:
https://git.yoctoproject.org/poky/tree/meta/recipes-extended/parted

Use it.
