Unfortunately this information is not sufficient to give any answer to
this issue - it would be much easier if we could see the recipe you are
trying to build.
Is the recipe available online somewhere, or are you able to share it
somehow? If you are applying any patches, they would be very useful to
see also (unless the error happens without them too).

I checked the autconf version has been changed from 2.71 to 2.72e.
