That’s not a format that is used anywhere in core Yocto or a BSP that I’m aware of. What BSP is generating these XDI images, maybe you should ask the supplier of that instead? Google says that XDI images are a proprietary compressed ISO format generated by WinArchiver so I’m guessing there is no documentation. Ross
