Greetings, when it comes to recipe versions and breaking changes, what can one expect from a Yocto LTS version? Does it mean (1) recipe versions are upgraded in such a way they don't cause API breaking changes, e.g. if my program builds under Scarthgap now it will also build till April 2028 (Scarthgap EOL) or (2) Yocto really can't ensure (1) and LTS means that only the recipe will remain compatible but not what it builds. I'm assuming it's (2), but would like to have a feedback.
