We are in the process of updating the download mirrors. I've removed the bad mirror until it can be fully synced. The issue should be resolved now.
We also have releases from the last 3+ years available at https://mirrors.kernel.org/yocto/yocto/ if there are issues with downloads.yoctoproject.org.
