Hi, I've just successfully built yi 0.6.6.0 on my home machine which is Windows 7 ultimate using your instructrions but didn't have any luck on my work machine which is Windows 8 x64 so perhaps it's a problem with Windows 8? Since I've got the pre-requisites on my work machine I might try to xcopy the binaries to my work machine and see how I get on. As long as I've got it running on one machine that's fine for me but if there's anything you want me to try on Windows 8 then just let me know.
