I think I have a full copy but not necessarily up to date. If anyone
else has recent copy I can pull from I should be able to convert it. I
could upload it without being setup with permissions but I hate to
abuse my site admin powers that way so I'd prefer if you added me as a
contributor first.

Let me know either way. We can wait as well if that would be easiest.
