New issue 318 by jadenb1729: status bar moves up one line when invoking ex

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. yi --as=vim
2. Press ':' (to enter ex mode)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected behaviour: The last line on the screen displays the ex command
Actual behaviour: The status bar moves up one line, and the ex command is
displayed on the second-to-last line
Please provide relevant version information:
What version of Yi are you using? 0.6.2.4
What version of GHC? 6.12.3
What version of Cabal? 0.8.2
What operating system/version? Mac OS 10.5.8
If you generated it (--debug) please provide your .yi.dbg file
