Currently a tab is re-created whenever its contents change (as a
PointedList Window).
Avoiding tab re-creation completely would need some kind of TabRef. I think
tabs are
so lightweight it shouldn't matter if they're created on opening the
minibuffer.
The other problems should be fixed now.
