New issue 281 by Michael.Dagitses: Saving file resets executable permission

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. chmod u+x <file_name>
2. yi <file_name>
3. Save file in yi.
4. ls -l <file_name>  # shows file with executable bit unset

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

$ yi --version
