To work properly, HConf requires that the project-specific
'Paths_<project>' module be imported.
This can be fixed with relative simplicity by adding another field to the
'HConfParams' type, which will contain the project-specific 'binDir'
function to return the 'IO FilePath'. It should be clear why storing the
FilePath itself requires too many changes to the structure of 'Boot.hs'.
Really, the diff explains the whole thing much better than I could.
