modifyRegionB is evil. It will delete the contents and insert the new content (yeh very simple, indeed), but unfortunately all Marks inside that region will be shifted to the beginning of the region. Having code relying on correct marks using modifyRegionB may introduce some very anoying bugs... If possible consider using modifyRegionClever
