* Fix pointDrive behavior in Vty
Ignore-this: a6c8e5d9bbdfdedabd393b9c3d1aad73
Always revert pointDrive back to True after scrollAndRenderWindow.
Previously it was only reverted back to True after the point was
found outside the window, which meant that the first call to,
e.g. C-v after a call to scrollB would cause incorrect behavior.
