New issue 221 by lchangying: gtk frontend don't show file contents after
loading file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. yi -f gtk
2. ctrl-x ctrl-f README
3. move the cursor by direction keys
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected; after loaded files, it should show file contents. when I press
UP,DOWN, cursor should be moved.
see: the buffer still show the scrach buffer. when press UP,DOWN, the
positin of cursor is not changed, but in the status bar, the position
number is changed.
