I'm a little confused here. How do OPTIONS_GHC pragmas help? I've
tried with darcs yi as of a minute or two ago, and lines like '{-#
OPTIONS -prof #-}' or '{-# OPTIONS_GHC -auto-all -caf-all #-}' (from
http://www.haskell.org/ghc/docs/latest/html/users_guide/flag-reference.html#id2634294
) all seem to fail - both in GHCi and when using --recompile.
