In our production environment, we have ample machine resources and a
significant number of active Containers. However, the MonitoringThread in
ContainerMonitorImpl experiences significant latency during each execution. To
address this, it is highly recommended to incorporate metrics for monitoring
the duration of this time-consuming process.
