In the following section:
Install and configure components
2. Edit the /etc/glance/glance-api.conf file and complete the following
actions:
The part of "[oslo_limit] section" has been added since Xen.
However, /etc/glance/glance-api.conf has no [oslo_limit] section.
Because I think this addition is a mistake, so I think it should be deleted
altogether.
