Remove some invalid text from the network component doc
Just describe what a firewall does, not its implemenation
details. This text was copied from elsewhere and mentioning
iptables is outdated and not correct.

Bug description:
This bug tracker is for errors with the documentation, use the
following as a template and remove or add fields as you see fit.
Convert [ ] into [x] to check boxes:
- [x] This doc is inaccurate in this way: “ Linux-based operating systems
implement firewalls through iptables.” This is wrong, iptables is just a user
interface. The firewall functionality is done by netfilter.
- [ ] This is a doc addition request.
- [ ] I have a fix to the document that I can paste below including example:
input and output.
