Project object is accepting MTU values

Bug description:
Hi,
We were trying to configure MTU attribute on a project using a json
file via CURL and observed that it is being processed successfully
though openstack doesn't support MTU on a project
Same is not working from openstack CLI as expected
Used JSON:
