The unittests of neutron-dynamic-routing are broken if using the latest neutron
master branch.
The issue starts appearing once 670cc383e0345063c0bf9022f8829d5817457e00 is
part of neutron (switch to new rbac defaults).
This happens without any modifications of neutron-dynamic-routing by just using
the master branch
Output of the failed tests is attached.
