Using the latest commit (b3ff79ffa45f2439d769006fe9eb84ccf5690759)
from stable/rocky branch.
glance-cache-manage was removed in change
Ia086230cc8c92f7b7dfd5b001923110d5bc55d4d but the executable itself is still
there because the entrypoint from setup.cfg was not removed.
So calling the command now leads to:
glance-cache-manage
