If we compare network quota from project list and CLI, we can found some quota
is missing, like `RBAC_policy`. Ilm not quite familiar with the previous
discussion around this, but if it's possible, I think it will definitely be
beneficial to add quota edit support for projects.
This is the list that currently shows in quota default:
Endpoint Group
Floating IPs
Ikepolicy
Ipsec Site Connection
Ipsecpolicy
Networks
Ports
RBAC Policies
Routers
Security Group Rules
Security Groups
Subnet Pool
Subnets
Trunks
Vpnservice
And this is the list we support modified with:
Networks
Subnets
Ports
Routers
Floating IPs
Security Groups
