Remove ability to filter instances by VCPUs
This is not supported by the compute API so will never work.

Bug description:
When I try to filter instances by the vcpus filter I get the following
error:
'vcpus' does not match any of regexes: '^_' (HTTP 400)
When I look at the nova compute api spec I see that filtering by vcpus
isn't supported https://docs.openstack.org/api-
ref/compute/?expanded=list-servers-detail#list-servers
