I am using this guide https://docs.openstack.org/neutron/queens/install/
to install Neutron on an Ubuntu 18.04 VM. I carried out all the steps in
the following link: https://docs.openstack.org/neutron/queens/install
/controller-install-option1-ubuntu.html . Then, in the final steps to
restart the services (https://docs.openstack.org/neutron/queens/install
/controller-install-ubuntu.html), I am facing problems.
Here is the log:

driver for tenant network_type: local.
