Public bug reported:

Trying to install openstack train in centos 8.2

When installing openstack-nova-compute, it need libvirt >= 5.0.
But in Centos-App provides only version 4.5.0.
I found 5.6.0 and 6.0.0 in 8.2.2004/virt/x86_64/advanced-virtualization,
but I can't make either 5.6.0 or 6.0.0 installed.
To solve this problem I download all rpms from repo site and manully install
them from local.
Not sure if this can be sloved by split 5.6 and 6.0 into two different floders.
