Bug description:
Django babel 0.6.2 is not compatible with Django 2.2.
django-babel tries to import "from django.template.base import Lexer,
TOKEN_TEXT, TOKEN_VAR, TOKEN_BLOCK", but TOKEN_TEXT does not exist.
