Linux, Ubuntu, 18.04, X36CI, NB13, Show flicker when browse item in
the settings drop-down menu.

Description:
Sometimes ,click the setting drop-down menu at the upper right corner ,then
use mouse to browse the options, SUT will show flicker in the setting
window.(FR: 30%)
Expected Behavior:
SUT can browse options without problems.

1. Project: Northbay 13
2. BIOS: 0.4.1
3. OS:CI Ubuntu 18.04

Steps to Reproduce
1. Flash Latest BIOS, install Ubuntu OS 18.04.
2. Boot to OS,click the setting drop-down menu at the upper right corner
,then use mouse to browse the options
3.SUT will show flicker in the setting window.-->problem(refer to mp.4)
4.Boot up the first time maybe easier to duplicate this issue.
