While launching the ubuntu instance on Openstack got the following
error.
“Error: Failed to perform requested operation on instance "ubuntu",
the instance has an error status: Please try again later [Error:
Exceeded maximum number of retries. Exhausted all hosts available for
retrying build failures for instance
ca8ee2b3-61bb-4193-9df2-ff2a25f8e4fb.].”
