Problem:-
When user tries to add l3-agent to a router by using command “neutron
l3-agent-router-add <l3-agent-id> <router-id>” then neutron-client sends “POST
/v2.0/agents/{agent_id}/l3-routers” to attach l3-agent to router . There is no
details about “POST /v2.0/agents/{agent_id}/l3-routers” API call in neutron
API Reference Guide.
