In opestack cli: server rescue a2af1079-f789-481b-b4c9-e6aee68b645c On the versioned notifications topic on rescuing an instance notifications doesn't come, isn't included in the specifications either (https://docs.openstack.org/nova/latest/reference/notifications.html), not sure if this is the desired behaviour. Environment: 1. Openstack: devstack queens version 2. Libvirt + QEMU 3.
