"Flavor ID" filter and "Image ID" filter in the instance table should
support name-based filtering

Bug description:
"Flavor ID" filter and "Image ID" filter in the instance table requires ID of
flavor or image.
In the project instance table, there is no way for a user to know Flavor ID,
so it is completely useless.
For image ID filter, users can know image ID used for instances, but it
forces users to visit the image table to use a filter with Image ID and it is
not user friendly.
It would be nice to support "name-based" filtering for flavor and
image.
