Based on the patch that was originally submitted, this bug is requesting
that all panels that are not angularized should have their searches
restricted to searching only by name.

Simplify the Instances page filter option.
Search should work for any string like any other filter in the Openstack.
In project->Instances. filter options are not user friendly compared to other
pages(volumes, networks etc..)
e.g. to filter with image ID="" user has to fetch image id first,then
navigate back to instances page.
this would be easy for user: if search option is based on the string
pattern as in volumes, networks, pages etc..
