neutron-ml2_ofa.rst lacks some options

Bug description:
neutron-ml2_ofa.rst[1] should contain get_datapath_retry_times and
physical_interface_mappings options.
These are defined as follows:
http://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack/networking-
ofagent/tree/networking_ofagent/plugins/ofagent/common/config.py
A third party repository seems not to be refered when the rst file are
generated.
neutron-ml2_brocade.rst seems to be the same, too.
And openstack-manuals does not contain rst table files for other third party.
I'm not sure if openstack-manuals should have rst table files for
these third party drivers in this point.
