Description
===========
Live migration failure during detach volume leaves the instance task state to
migrating forever.
Steps to reproduce
==================
- Deploy a VM on a host (the source host) and ensure that vm is in active and
running state.
- Pick one of the host in the environment to be destination host and make
changes so that a detach volume operation from the destination host would fail.
- Trigger the VM migration operation.
Expected result
===============
- VM migration should fail.
- VM should go into error state.
- VM task state is set to None.
Actual result
=============
- VM migration failed.
- VM went into error state.
BUT
- the VM task state remained in migrating state.
