Dialog "Update Default Quotas" appears with empty fields "Key Pairs" and "Length of Injected File Path". Even you type default quotas such as "100" and "255" you will get 2 messages: 1st - successful update and 2nd - error (see attached screenshot) Warning raised in horizon.log file "2017-02-21 18:32:42,221 1004737 WARNING horizon.exceptions Recoverable error: 'key_pairs'" CLI works w/o errors.
