Public bug reported: We are using Openstack installed on Containers and trying to create ports or networks using Neutron CLI. But we received this error message on CLI: "504 Gateway Time-out The server didn't respond in time." and there is no error in the Neutron Logs. Sometimes networks or ports are created and sometimes not. In another test, we are trying to perform a Deploy and neutron creates and then delete the network or port, and the same error message appears in the Ironic log.
