changed domain id to name in JSON request
When authenticating, it is more common for a user to supply a name
for a resource rather than an ID.
Further, since the bootstrapping command was introduced the "id" of the
default domain is no longer "default" but rather a UUID.

In the section of "/v3/auth/tokens Password authentication with unscoped
authorization", the Request Example(
http://developer.openstack.org/api-ref/identity/v3/index.html?expanded=password-authentication-with-unscoped-authorization-detail#request-example)
is not correct. The domain id should be changed to domain name as following:
