Public bug reported: Currently, Horizon only provides three ipv6 address modes on create network/subnet modal. They are slaac/slaac, DHCPv6-stateless/DHCPv6-stateless, DHCPv6-stateful/DHCPv6-stateless. What's missing is none/slaac for using an external Router for routing.
