ongoing problem that needs to be checked occasionally.

incorrect URL for common image properties docs in image schema, dev

Bug description:
Three things:
(1) For the common image properties added in Grizzly, the image schema
contains several references to
http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-compute/admin/content/adding-images.html
as the location for info on what the standard values should be for those
properties. This doc has moved ... somewhere (I can't find it, will update
when I do).
(2) The URL also needs to be updated in the developer docs.
(3) Possibly before 1 & 2 are fixed, need to have a discussion with
the documentation group about getting a stable URL for this so we
don't have to update every time they reorganize the documentation!
