Title: instances recovered Status in OpenStack Compute (nova): In Progress Bug description: Nova currently does not rebuild instances if they were removed from the disk. The instances should be recovered (after we restart the OpenStack) if the compute host is replaced or the disk is erased so that a board replacement can be performed in case of hardware failure. Steps: 0) OpenStack is running 1) Create a new instance 2) Stop the OpenStack 3) Erase the instance from the disk 4) Destroy the instance with virsh 5) Start the OpenStack Result: The (new) instance's status is Shutoff and the power state is Shut Down.
