Mitaka is released and we are now in Newton.
The following changes are required in Horizon:
- Remove the 'default_ipv4_subnet_pool_label' and
'default_ipv6_subnet_pool_label' configuration options.
- Remove relaxation of _check_subnet_data function. It should no longer allow
to pass empty 'cidr' and 'subnetpool_id'.
