Steps:
- Login as admin
- Go to "Identity" -> "Users"
- Move cursor to user e-mail and click icon "edit"
- Type "test@email:" to e-mail field and click icon "save"
Expected result:
- Warning message that e-mail has invalid format
Actual result:
- No notifications. Just e-mail is still in edit mode
