Public bug reported:
Currently, make_subnetpool_dict and _updated_subnetpool_dict doesn't
process extension functions. Any extensions loaded via the dictionary
extension mechanisms are not included in the response, and the extension
which related with 'standard_attr' doesn't in returned body when update
subnetpool. So should add the same logic like other core resources
towards dict maker.
