Bug description:
Bug 1418641 cleared up some confusion in the support matrix about a
missing pause section, but the title for the pause section is called
'Stop instance CPUs'. This is confusing though because the tempest
tests and the compute API refers to the operation as 'pause', so we
should at least append a (pause) suffix to the 'Stop instance CPUs'
section in the matrix.
