As demo user, navigate to Project - Compute - Access & Security, pick
whatever row with existing security group and click to 'Manage rules'.
At this point, there is no direct 'Back' link as same as it's done in
example by Admin - System - Volumes, View Extra Specs page
(...volume_types/uuid-of-vt/extras).
